The Lion Animal Spirit is Jarrod's animal spirit. It can fire black energy orbs from its mouth, and charge at opponents with its fangs and blade tail. Dai Shi, possessing Jarrod, utilizes this spirit to armor Jarrod up. As Dai Shi, he unleashes the 'Spirit of the Mighty Lion' as one of his finishing moves. Like the Rangers' animal spirits, the Lion Spirit actually has the capability to solidify into a zord.
The Chameleon Spirit is Camille's Jungle Beast Zord. It's mouth functions as a gun that releases the Zord's prehensile tongue, which can then be used to bind opponents or stab at them.
The Lion Zord has the capacity to combine with the Jungle Pride Megazord to form top body armor with shoulder mounted blades and a sword weapon formed from the Lion's back and tail. Jarrod utilized this formation known as "Jungle Pride Megazord with Lion and Chameleon Power") in the Final Beast Wars. Perhaps as a Pai Zhua student, his Jungle Beast is modified to 'fit' the rest of the animal spirits.
The Chameleon Zord has the capacity to join the Lion Animal Spirit's transformation with the Jungle Pride Megazord, but would only cling onto the left forearm as a handheld weapon. Given its dimunitive size, the Chameleon doesn't appear to be specially designed to combine with the Jungle Pride Megazord, but merely serves as an attachment.
